Pickup Policy

At Misty Australian Shepherds, we provide the option for customers to personally pick up their new puppy from our location. To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pickup Appointment: All pickups are by appointment only. A refundable fee of £400 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy and is refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Pickup Time: Appointments are available Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We will provide a detailed pickup guide upon confirmation of your appointment.
  • Pickup Preparation: We recommend that you bring a soft crate or carrier and any necessary puppy supplies, such as food and water bowls, toys, and bedding.
  • Identification: Please bring valid ID for verification purposes at the time of pickup.

Visit Policy

We welcome potential puppy owners to visit our facilities at Misty Australian Shepherds to meet the puppies and see our breeding environment.

  • Scheduled Visits Only: For the safety and health of our dogs, visits are strictly by appointment. A refundable fee of £400 is required to schedule a visit. This fee will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy and refunded if the visit is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Health & Safety Protocols: To protect the health of our puppies, visitors are required to follow hygiene protocols, including handwashing and sanitizing before handling the dogs. Please refrain from visiting if you have recently been in contact with sick animals or have symptoms of illness.
  • Puppy Viewing: During your visit, you will be able to meet the available puppies, interact with them, and ask any questions about their care, health, and temperament.

Halfway Meetup Policy

For customers who may be traveling from a distance, Misty Australian Shepherds offers the option of meeting halfway at a mutually convenient location.

  • Meetup Locations: We are happy to meet within a reasonable distance (up to 100 miles) from our location. The exact meeting point will be agreed upon when scheduling.
  • Refundable Fee: A refundable fee of £400 must be paid before scheduling the meetup. This fee will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy and refunded if the meetup is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Travel Fee: A travel fee will apply based on the distance to the agreed-upon location. This fee will be communicated before confirming the meetup.
  • Puppy Transfer: All puppies will be transferred with the necessary paperwork, including health records and care instructions, during the meetup. Please come prepared with a crate for safe transport.

Home Delivery Policy

For your convenience, Misty Australian Shepherds offers home delivery across the UK and Ireland.

  • Delivery Area: We offer delivery services to most regions in the UK and Ireland. Please contact us to confirm availability for your area.
  • Refundable Fee: The full price is required to schedule the delivery. This fee will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy and refunded if the delivery is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee will apply based on the distance and location. The fee will be discussed during the booking process.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Delivery appointments will be scheduled in advance, and we will coordinate the timing to ensure a smooth and timely arrival of your puppy.
  • Puppy Preparation: Your puppy will be safely transported in a secure vehicle, and all necessary health documents and care instructions will be provided upon delivery.
